Kely MarkleyUrban Energy Justice Graduate Research Assistant, Kely Markley, presented at the 2017 National Environmental Justice Conference and Training Program in Washington, D.C. During the 3-day event, leaders from various sectors engaged in a free exchange of ideas and approaches to achieving environmental justice. Kely presented on research she is leading that explores achieving energy justice through community-based approaches to energy efficiency program implementation.
